Licensed & insured in MI · 24/7 dispatch
Halo Water Proofing is a MI-licensed Waterproofing company that treats every Galesburg job like it's the only one on the schedule.
We don't run a bidding war between crews. The Galesburg technician who inspects your property is the same one who does the repair, start to finish.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Galesburg homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
Talk to a real Galesburg technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Water problems build slowly before they become emergencies. These are the clues our Galesburg crews hear about most.
A musty smell usually means moisture is already moving through your Galesburg basement, even if the floor looks bone dry.
Small cracks in a Galesburg foundation rarely stay small — seasonal ground movement tends to widen them over time.
It's easy to mistake efflorescence for harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
This is one sign we tell Galesburg customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
No two Galesburg basements are the same — soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
Storm season keeps our Galesburg emergency line busy — active flooding always jumps ahead of routine inspections in the queue.
Get Emergency Help →Not every crack means a structural problem, but every crack deserves a real look. We'll tell you which kind yours is.
Ask About Crack Repair →Already have a pump that's struggling? We'll test it honestly and tell you whether it needs replacing or just a tune-up.
Book a Pump Check →Some Galesburg properties need both systems working together — we'll say so honestly instead of selling just one.
Talk Drainage Options →A damp Galesburg crawl space drives up humidity throughout the house — we seal it completely with heavy-duty vapor barrier and add dehumidification where needed.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We can phase larger Galesburg commercial projects around business hours or tenant schedules so operations keep running.
Request a Commercial Quote →Here's exactly what Galesburg customers can expect from first call to final walkthrough.
You'll talk to a person, not a script — enough of a conversation to know what to expect before anyone shows up.
No jargon, no pressure — just a clear look at what's actually going on.
Every Galesburg quote is written before work starts, not estimated verbally and adjusted later.
Once the job's done, you get written proof of what was installed and exactly what the warranty covers.
We've heard every Galesburg horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
There's no verbal quote that grows once the crew shows up — the written estimate is final.
We're not routing your call through a national center — the person who answers is close by.
Warranty terms are explained in plain language before you sign, with no fine-print surprises later.
If your Galesburg basement just needs a small crack seal instead of a full system, that's exactly what we'll tell you.
Filing a claim can be confusing — we've walked Galesburg customers through this process many times.
Word of mouth is still how most Galesburg customers find us, which keeps our standards high.
"Woke up to a wet basement and had someone out by mid-morning. No pressure, no upsell, just fixed it."
"Fair price, on time, cleaned up after. Wish every contractor worked this way."
"Crawl space smelled bad for years. After encapsulation, the smell upstairs is completely gone."
"Straightforward commercial quote, professional crew, no back and forth."
"Expected a huge bill for three cracks, only one actually needed injection. Appreciated the honesty."
"Insurance claim was stressful until they stepped in with photos and a written scope. Approved within a week."
"Crew was respectful of our landscaping during the drain install and left the yard looking better than before they started."
We back our Galesburg work with real, transferable warranties because we plan to be here long after the job is done, not just for the one visit.
